JINSONG XSQ-2X36 Die Height Indicator - Mechanical Shut-Height Display with Upper & Lower Limit Presets
The XSQ-2X36 is a mechanically driven die height indicator for power presses and similar metal-forming machine tools. Driven directly from the machine's slide-adjustment screw through its input shaft, it displays the resulting die height in millimetres on a robust drum-type counter, so an operator can set and repeat a die height without stopping to measure. Separate upper-limit and lower-limit windows on the dial let a safe working band be preset for the tool in use. Built by Qidong Jinsong Digital Monitor Co., Ltd., a specialist in press display instruments since 1987, in a cast metal housing made for the shock and vibration of a working press shop.
