Cancellation & Refund Policy


At TONUS Omni Services, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality industrial goods and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following options for cancellations and refunds: 

 

Cancellations: 

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel the order and issue a full refund if it has not yet been processed. 

 

If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you can return the items to us in accordance with our return policy outlined below. 

 

Returns: 

We offer a warranty on first use for all our products. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue or offer a replacement if necessary. 

 

If you wish to return an unused, unopened item for any other reason, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the item. To initiate a return, please contact us to request a return authorization. We will confirm if the item meets the above criteria and provide you with return instructions. 

Please note that we can only accept returns of unused, unopened items that have been confirmed by us. 

 

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the above criteria, we will initiate the refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping charges) within 4 - 7 working days

 

Exceptions: 

There are a few exceptions to our cancellation and refund policy. Custom orders, Items imported on request, special orders, and clearance items are not eligible for cancellation or refund. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse a cancellation or refund request if we believe it is being made in bad faith or for fraudulent purposes.
