The NMB DDT-1680DSG is a single-direction miniature thrust ball bearing built to carry axial load in a very small space. Two separable stainless steel washers with machined raceway grooves seat the ball set positively, so the bearing turns smoothly under push load with noticeably less torque than a plain thrust washer. With an 8 mm bore, 16 mm outside diameter and just 5 mm of height, it drops neatly into feed screws, screw jacks, small gearboxes, model drivetrains and pivot assemblies where a shaft has to spin freely while taking a thrust load.
