The DCC-24B is a compact manual web-tension controller that delivers a smoothly adjustable DC output to drive a magnetic powder clutch or brake. Built on an adaptive switch-mode power supply with pulse-width-modulated (PWM) regulation, it lets you set braking or clutch torque steplessly using a simple external 10 kΩ potentiometer — giving stable, consistent material tension on unwind and rewind stations. A built-in stop-gain function counteracts roll inertia to keep the web from slackening when the line stops, and forced-air cooling keeps the unit running reliably in demanding production environments. It is ideal for printing, coating, laminating, slitting, bag-making, wire & cable and textile machinery.
