Dynisco's Echo™ Series melt pressure transducer delivers dependable, accurate melt-pressure measurement for extrusion and polymer processing at an economical price. This configuration covers 0–500 bar with a 4–20 mA output, a 6-inch rigid stem and an 18-inch flexible capillary that keeps the electronics away from radiant barrel heat. A TiAlN-coated 17-4 PH stainless-steel diaphragm handles molten polymer up to 400 °C, and the built-in 80% R-Cal shunt calibration makes commissioning quick — no pressure source needed.
• 0–500 bar (7,500 psi) range with 4–20 mA output; accuracy ±0.5% FS, repeatability ±0.2% FSO
• Melt temperatures up to 400 °C (752 °F); TiAlN-coated 17-4 PH stainless-steel diaphragm
